ACP Vertical Cantilever Concrete Walls Systems provide economic solutions for the construction of retaining walls to suit many different applications such as bulk storage bunkers, earth retaining walls, silage clamps, above/below ground tanks and bund walls. The panels are cast into a shallow foundation which provides the cantilever support for the wall.

Vertical Large Format Precast Wall Panels
R35 Cantilever Vertical - Large Format Precast Wall Panels
Our R35 Cantilever Vertical precast concrete wall panels offer a large format wall solution providing rapid, safe construction which minimises the number of panel joints with improved aesthetic benefits when compared to the prestressed panel system.

Design
The support depends on the wall height and anticipated loads but consists of protruding reinforcing bars cast into the floor slab, typically 200mm thick.
Additionally, if the design requires, the precast wall panels can also be fixed via a structural connection between the top of the panel and a higher-level floor slab.
We also offer a bolt down ‘booted’ precast wall solution. This wall system is simply installed by positioning the wall panels onto a structural base, it is then doweled and grouted through the preformed holes in the boot.
Installation
The R35 wall panels are manufactured to the highest quality standards in factory-controlled conditions. The tilting table moulds enable the units to be cast flat then tilted vertically for safe handling, storage and transport. They are delivered, off-loaded and installed without need for on-site storage or double handling.
While the larger units require mobile crane installation, units up to 4 tonnes weight are regularly installed with a telehandler further reducing the cost and time to complete the project.
Our R35 precast concrete wall panels offer a large format wall solution providing rapid, safe construction which minimises the number of panel joints with improved aesthetic benefits when compared to the prestressed panel system.
This system is designed for a wide range of applications including low-level retaining walls, attenuation tanks up to 3m deep, insulated plant/switch rooms, ramps walls and machinery pits.
This cost-effective solution offers a fast installation of a high quality, durable and robust precast concrete wall.

High Quality Off-site Production
Manufactured offsite in controlled factory environment conditions from engineering grade concrete. Our precast concrete wall panels are manufactured in high grade 60 N/mm² concrete and to recognised industry standards i.e Eurocode 2, BS5502 Part 22. The finished surface quality of the R35 wall panels is exceptionally high.
Fast And Simple Installation Without Compromising On Quality
Installation is usually carried out using a telehandler or crane & the large size of the made to measure units promotes rapid installation. The panels are propped in position and the foundation concrete is placed around the protruding reinforcing bars. Once installed all vertical Joints can be sealed with the supplied one-part polyurethane mastic sealant sealant creating watertight panel joints.
Durable
The smooth finish of our vertical precast concrete wall panels makes loading of any bulk storage structures quick and easy. The precast panels also offer excellent resistance to vehicular impact. The smooth face of each wall panel makes it easy to clean as there are no edges to be damaged or ledges for the product to stick to. The smooth panel face and dense high grade concrete also eliminates concerns about damp ingress or pest infestations within the walls.
Double Loading
If required the wall panels can be designed to be double loading which enable you to store materials on either or both sides.
Space Efficient
Our R35 Vertical Cantilever precast concrete wall panels are manufactured in thin sections resulting in maximum storage space compare with in-situ walls or moveable ‘lego’ blocks.
