We are part of the Thomas Armstrong Group
Our Freestanding Precast Concrete Arrow panels are ideal for the speedy construction of bunkers and division walls on an existing floor or where being able to reconfigure the layout in the future is a useful benefit. They provide 'instant' walling that is robust, durable and movable.
Arrow panels are suitable for loading from either or both sides. The unit's tongue and groove joints lock together on placement without the need of complex steel connections. Stability is provided by the massive dead weight base with cast-in forklift recesses to enable fast, easy relocation.
Arrow panels are available in 1m widths & at standard heights of 2.4m, 3m, 3.6m and 4m with other heights on request. In permanent locations (and for some high load situations) the units may be fixed to the floor.
All are delivered nationwide from our factory in Workington, Cumbria.

About Our Arrow Freestanding Wall System
The Arrow is a Freestanding Precast Concrete Wall panel designed to sit directly onto a structural concrete floor. In most cases no additional fixing is required, although the panels can be bolted to the floor if preferred.
For 4.0m high panels however, bolting to the floor is usually required to allow the full loading of bulk material. It is also recommended for all heights used for silage storage.
Readily available for relocating, the Arrow wall panels are ideal for constructing instant walls, temporary walls, division walls, to divide up existing building or to add walls to an existing concrete pad. They have a robust 200mm thick stem all the way up with an interlocking heavy base which ensures stability and resists sliding of the wall units. Each precast wall panels have cast-in fork-lift recesses and a cast in lifting point at the top to enable fast, easy portability.
Each precast wall panels have cast-in fork-lift recesses and a cast in lifting point at the top to enable fast, easy portability.
Corner units are available to enable full bunkers to be constructed. Even where fixed down, if future requirements change, the panels can be relocated by unscrewing the bolts and moving the panels to the new layout.
Why Choose Precast Concrete Walls?
There are many advantages of using a precast concrete wall panels over traditional construction methods:

High Quality Off-site Production
Precast concrete offers significant benefits over in-situ cast concrete due to the additional control over the mix used, casting conditions and performance. The Arrow Panels are manufactured offsite in controlled factory environment conditions from engineering grade concrete (60 N/mm²) concrete to recognised industry standards i.e. Eurocode 2, BS5502 Part 22.
Our precast concrete wall panels are available in a range of thicknesses to suit anticipated loadings and surcharge. There are available in standard heights from 2.4m – 4.0m.
Fast And Simple Installation Without Compromising On Quality
Delivered on articulated vehicles and lifted using a telehandler or forklift, the Arrow Panels can be off-loaded, installed and ready for use immediately.
The positive panel to panel connection with the interlocking ‘tongue & groove’ joint system enables the units to locked together on placement without the need for steel fixings. This feature ensures the panels are perfectly aligned – every time – eliminating steps in the wall line that may lead to accidental damage from vehicle impacts. The interlocking precast wall panels are designed to be self-supporting in either fixed or movable positions.
The edges of units are chamfered to accept our standard one-part polyurethane sealant.
Modular System For Easy Relocation
Freestanding Arrow Panels are designed for portability and are easily moved using a fork-lift truck or telehandler.
The modular precast wall panels can be relocated to accommodate alterations, to subdivide or extend the facility. Moving the Arrow precast wall panels to suit new storage requirements is quick and simple. No need to unbolt and re-bolt each unit, the arrow panels are simply lifted and repositioned, locking together as they are installed.
This modular feature also enables individual wall panels to be replaced in the unlikely event of excessive damage. This system enables maximum use of the store by eliminating unnecessary wasted space due to fixed location division walls.
Durable
ACP (Concrete) Ltd's Arrow Panels are designed to be robust. Solid units made entirely from engineering grade concrete and steel reinforcing providing their strength. A durable high quality finish means that the units are easy to clean and reduces the risk of contamination of the stored product with wall fragments.
Space Efficient
The precast arrow panels offer a space efficient, rapid build solution which minimises wasted space and eliminates potential pest voids associated with other types of A frame wall panels.
Single Or Double Loading
Product can be stored on either or both sides of the Arrow Panels.
Easily Maintained
The high mass base with a self-cleaning 45° shedding angle makes for easy cleaning between batches. The vertical edge at the base of the panels eliminates potential damage points between the loading shovel & the precast panels commonly associated with traditional ‘L’ & ‘T’ shape wall panels.

Installation and Delivery Guidance
Brief Overview: How to install Arrow Precast Wall Panels
Panels are delivered on articulated lorries – panels up to 3m high will be standing up, over 3m high panels will be lying down.
1. Unload delivery vehicles using telehandler/forklift
2. Stand / place on level, firm ground. Using timber packers as on delivery vehicle.
3. Panels over 3m high – raise from lying to standing position using taking care not to damage the bottom edge in the process.
4. Transport panels one at a time to the required position using forklift/telehandler pallet tines.
5. If bolting down, drill holes and insert bolts. Or insert dowel bars & fill with grout.
